About LugaLog
About LugaLog
LugaLog is a private AI voice journal for iPhone, made by Gong Chen to help you capture thoughts now and make sense of them later.
A home for the thought before it disappears
LugaLog combines quick voice notes, written entries, long-form Brain Dumps, and daily reviews. Say what happened while it is fresh; return later to a transcript and suggested tasks, ideas, decisions, and context.
It is built for the moments between other things: the reason behind a decision, a follow-up after a conversation, or a thought you want to keep without opening another organizational system.
Made by Gong Chen
LugaLog is made by Gong Chen, the developer named on the official App Store listing. The app appears there as “LugaLog: Private Voice Journal.” This website, lugalog.com, is its official home.
For support, use Report an Issue in LugaLog Settings. You can review the message and turn off Screenshot and Diagnostics before sending.
Privacy starts with where processing happens
Your recordings, transcripts, notes, and reviews are stored on your device or in a folder you choose. Core transcription and AI analysis run on your iPhone. Download your selected models during setup before using them offline.
No account is required. Exporting to an iCloud or another shared folder uses that provider, and optional issue reports transmit the information you choose to send. Read the privacy policy for those details and the on-device AI guide for practical setup advice.
Your words stay the source of truth
AI helps organize your record; you decide whether its interpretation is useful. Edit transcription errors and check suggested tasks against what you actually meant. A useful journal should make your own thinking easier to revisit.
Start with a short voice log, try a longer Brain Dump, or read the LugaLog FAQ.
